What’s the frame difference between the Ocelot Pro and other brands?
The down tube of the Ocelot Pro is formed by a multi-cavity oil injection process. The thickness of the tube wall is designed to be 4-5mm, while the ebike industry usually has a thickness of only 3mm, and it is a single cavity. This technology solves the problems of insufficient strength of the step-thru model down tube in the bike industry, soft frame, handlebar shaking and rear wheel throwing when going downhill or getting off the bike.
What’s the special point of the Ocelot Pro’s battery box?
①The battery box adopts the hidden design, which is integrated with the lower tube of the frame, which makes the appearance of the Ocelot Pro more elegant and smooth, evenly dividing the front and rear center of gravity of the bike to form a more compact body.
②The battery box with a dual lock design, one lock is anti-theft, and the other one is anti-fall. Prevent the battery from falling off when you‘re riding on a tough paved road, keep your battery safe.
What are the effects and functions of the hydraulic suspension front fork?
Alloy front suspension fork with lockout and adjustment, 80mm travel distance. The hydraulic suspension front fork allows the wheel to “travel” along the fork for a few inches. This dynamic movement helps absorb the jarring impact of rough terrain and gives the rider a more comfortable ride.
How fast does Magicycle Ocelot Pro go using the throttle?
The default speed setting is 20mph, Magicycle Ocelot Pro is able to reach 28mph.
How many miles can Magicycle Ocelot Pro go if going 20mph?
Generally, you can go 60 miles with throttle only and 80 miles with pedal assist.
How to reach 28 mph?
The default speed setting is 20mph, Magicyclebike is able to reach 28mph (45km).
First, press the “+” and “-” buttons at the same time. Then the setting page shows up in the display.
Second, select the “Advanced” option and press “i” button to open the advanced setting page.
Third, select the “Power Set” option, which determines how many levels the pedal assistance provides. The default value is 0-7. Set it to 0-5 and then press the “i” button to save it. After this, a small sub-page will come up showing the voltage percentage that is put on each level of pedal assistance. Set level 5 from 96% to 100%.
Does my height suit Magicycle Ocelot Pro?
The recommended rider height is 4’10” ~ 6’2″. The Lower step-thru frame and ground clearance of only 286mm, make it easier and more comfortable for riders with small heights to ride.
Can I use the throttle in pedal assist mode?
Yes, both models can be used.
How water-resistant is the Magicycle Ocelot Pro?
The Magicycle Ocelot Pro controller is IPX8, and other electronic components (Battery/ Motor) are IPX6.
What kind of weather can I ride in?
Magicycle is built to the IPX6 water-resistant standard. It indicates your bike is resistant to multi-directional water splashes, meaning it is okay to ride or park your Magicycle in rain. Light to moderate raindrops or splashes from a wet road will not harm your ebike, but be weary of harsher weather and rainfall conditions. Additionally, do not stay too long in heavy rain.
The general rule of thumb is, if weather impacts your visibility and has the possibility to affect your bike’s functionality, it is likely not a safe riding condition. With that in mind, safe riding!

2 YEARS OPTIONAL WARRANTY – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!
All Magicycle bikes are covered under our 2-year, all-inclusive manufacturer’s warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TERMS
Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from Magicycle’s online or physical storefront is covered by this Limited Warranty.
The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.
As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:
- The 2-year package hasn’t expired since the initial owner received it;
- The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY
Magicycle will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
MAGICYCLE ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. An authorized Magicycle service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.
Magicycle reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Magicycle’s discretion.
Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
- Chain guard mounted to the frame if applicable
Magicycle batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
During the first 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Magicycle only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by private modification;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Magicycle;
- Products that have the serial number or bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle for the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from the following actions or situations:
- Charging with a battery charger is not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery;
- Using a battery charger improperly;
- If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
- If the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
Parts & Components
Original Magicycle parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. (If more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Magicycle;
- Products with the serial number or bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle for the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
- Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Magicycle. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake pads
- Chain rings
Credit Card Chargebacks
If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your Magicycle has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should Esterna Home. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Please send all details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Magicycle via email@example.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 years of the initial purchase will be processed through Magicycle.
A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receipt by Magicycle of the parts that need to be replaced.
Magicycle will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.
Attention: Magicycle will offer free components and replacement parts ( (If more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs), and any installation fees will not be covered by Magicycle without the after-sales team’s authorization.
Components and replacement shipping fees depend on the size and dimensions of each package. The Magicycle team will provide a pay link for customers to pay for the shipping through email.
Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but Magicycle will replace such damaged Covered Components if you:
Notify Esterna Home through firstname.lastname@example.org of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process in 7 days.
Provide Esterna Home with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component;
Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.
Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt.
If you choose to set up your own independent shipping methods, such as the use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, Magicycle will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler etc, Magicycle will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.
FAQ ABOUT OUR WARRANTY
Q1. I am not the original owner as I purchased my Magicycle secondhand. Is my frame covered by warranty?
A1. Yes, you will need to provide the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
Q2. I crashed and damaged my bike/frame. Is warranty coverage available to me?
A2. Sorry, crashes or accidents are not covered by the warranty policy. The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing, not damage from crashes.
Processing & Returns
How is my Order Processed?
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. At this point, your order is in our system and your credit card is pre-authorized for purchase. We immediately reach out to the supplier to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days). Once confirmed, we will process the transaction and submit the order for shipment.
If for any reason your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the credit card pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to notify you about the situation.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at check out. If you don’t receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
We do not ship outside of the lower 48 United States.
How will my order ship?
Orders for large or heavy items ship via a trucking carrier. We will send you a tracking number as soon as one is provided by the carrier. The Freight Carrier or Trucking company will contact you to set up an appointment time before delivering. For large & heavy items, it is recommended to have help with unloading the shipment. The default shipping method is curb-side delivery.
How long until I receive my order?
You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your shipment leaving the warehouse. The tracking number will have an estimated delivery date for your order.
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimate shipping times on the product pages based on the information provided by our suppliers and shipping partners. Estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice.
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of our control. While we understand this is frustrating, we ask you to be patient and understanding with us in these tough times.

If you have any questions about the status of your order, we recommend to first use your tracking number to track the package with the carrier.

Package Inspection & Damaged Packaging –
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone. Please retain all original boxes and packaging and take pictures of all damage. Forward all items to us at email@example.com so that we can file a freight damage claim on your behalf.
Cancellation & Refunds –
You may cancel your order anytime before your order has shipped for a full refund (some exceptions apply, including custom orders). Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a chat so that we may process the cancellation ASAP. Our agents are available to chat during regular business hours and we are always monitoring our inbox.
If you cancel your order after it has shipped, we will charge you an additional fee to re-route the shipment to the supplier.
Returns and Exchanges:
We allow exchanges and returns on certain products. Because we order directly from the manufacturer, our return and exchange policy depends on the return and exchange policy of the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, then we cannot offer you a return. Please reach out to us to inquire about your specific brand / product. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges because these products are made specifically for you, the customer. All sales are final for Custom Made and Made-to-Order products. If you are unsure if your product is custom made, please reach out to us.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright return will incur a 25% handling fee + return shipping costs. You as the customer are responsible for this cost. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Cancellation of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be cancelled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order, the manufacturer will start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please reach out to email@example.com or send us a chat. All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-Order products.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, we suggest that you contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account based on their policies.
