Leather Italia USA began in 1996 with four models sourced from the Tuscany region of Italy, debuting at the April High Point Furniture Market in 1997. Initially distributing in North and South Carolina, the company quickly expanded, growing into neighboring states within eight months and employing six sales representatives. Shipping Area

We offer free shipping across the United States. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of the USA.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our team will then reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If any item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

Once your order is confirmed and the charges are processed, your items will ship within five business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Changing Address

If you need to change your shipping address after the order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please expect potential delays. Any additional charges from our freight companies due to the address change will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options

  • Free Curb-side Pickup: Our standard shipping option is always free. Delivery typically takes between 7/9 days from the date of your order.
  • Threshold Shipping: The item will be brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
  • White Glove Delivery: The item will be brought into your room of choice, minor assembly will be provided, and all packaging materials will be removed from your home.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically produced for your order. These units are custom-made to your specifications or created upon your order. If you’re unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, but please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. Since we order our products directly from the manufacturer, our ability to return a product depends on the manufacturer’s policies. We cannot offer returns if the manufacturer does not permit it. Please contact us for specific information regarding your brand or product.

Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you’re replacing the product with something else, we may be able to assist with covering some of the costs, depending on the product.

Customers have 30 days from the date of item receipt to initiate a return. However, please refer to the specific return policy for the brand of product you’re purchasing, as the brand-specific policy outlined on the product page overrides our general return policy of 30 days.
